The Holiday Spiel at the Duluth Curling Club has been canceled due to not enough teams signing up. Too bad.
There are a few Duluth rinks on the roster for the 2007 Curl Mesabi Cash Spiel, also this weekend. Like WalMart destroying the main street hardware store, did this huge event in Eveleth sink the DCC Holiday Spiel?
I am writing to inform you that the Days Inn Hotel-Eveleth, Minnesota, USA. I s currently open and newly renovated. We are within walking distance of the areana where they are holding the feb. 2007 Junior World Championships. We have 141 rooms and a bar/restauant on site, with special rates for extended stays and groups.
